About M25
Our name comes from Matthew 25:35-40, where Jesus teaches that when we serve 'the least of these'—the hungry, the stranger, the sick, the imprisoned—we serve Him.

M25 was born out of a simple calling from Matthew 25—to serve those in need in our community. We felt called and commissioned to walk this Scripture out and to go into Franklin, Indiana, see the needs firsthand, and respond.
In July of 2023, a door opened for us to begin this work through a partnership with Panera Bread, allowing us to take our first steps in serving the community in a tangible way. We picked up end-of-day bread seven days a week and drove into neighborhoods across our community, handing out thousands and thousands of bags of food, praying with people, and building real relationships.
From there, the mission grew. Starbucks, Field to Fork, and Interchurch Pantry came alongside us and helped expand the work with generous amounts of food donations.
We currently have two established works in our community, and through these efforts we have been able to provide food and clothing donations, holiday meals, back-to-school events, and Christmas family adoptions. As we served, we saw deeper needs—addiction, trauma, emotional wounds, past pains, and habits that kept people from true freedom. From the beginning of M25, we hoped to one day launch a recovery program. We prayed for a pathway to walk with people beyond the physical needs and into true spiritual and emotional freedom.
We are excited to launch M25 Recovery—a Christ-centered recovery community where people can find hope, freedom, community, and healing. On February 10, 2026, we will gather each week to support one another through the 12 steps and 8 principles of Celebrate Recovery. Our mission is simple: M25 Recovery is a place where real people find freedom through Christ-centered recovery. Real People. Real Hope. Real Recovery.
We will continue feeding the hungry and serving our community, while also helping people experience emotional, spiritual, and relational freedom.
“Whatever you did for one of the least of these... you did it for Me.”
— Matthew 25:40
M25 exists to make sure no one walks alone—not in their hunger, not in their pain, and not in their recovery.
